Brazilian vocalist Bebel Gilberto will perform for a special record release show at New York City’s The Box on Tuesday, September 29th for her new album All In One (Verve Forecast).

All In One features an all-star cast of collaborators such as Mark Ronson (Amy Winehouse), Didi Gutman (Brazilian Girls), Carlinhos Brown (Caetano Veloso), Daniel Jobim, and John King (the Dust Brothers). Ronson produced the Stevie Wonder-penned, “The Real Thing,” which was originally recorded for Sergio Mendes. The Dap Kings (Sharon Jones) also join Gilberto on the song. In addition to some originals, Gilberto perform cover versions of Carmen Miranda’s “Chica Chica Boom Chic” and Bob Marley’s “Sun Is Shinning.” The singer also remakes the song “Bim Bom,” which was originally recorded by her father, bossa nova guitar great João Gilberto. “Bim Bom” is done as with Daniel Jobim (the grandson of bossa nova king Antonio Carlos Jobim).
